Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking multiple full-time Rheumatologists to support the W. G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center located at 1601 Brenner Ave, Salisbury, NC 28144. Shift schedule is typically day shift Monday-Friday. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive rheumatology care, consulting on inpatient/outpatient cases.
- Communicate and document clearly with patients and staff.
- Supervise and educate midlevel providers, residents, and fellows.
- Perform and interpret relevant procedures (e.g., arthrocentesis, EKGs, musculoskeletal ultrasound).
- Participate in quality assurance, meetings, and educational activities.
- Support research, process improvement, and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State or Territory
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation (National Agency Check with Written Inquiries)
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
