Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Medical-Surgical Nurses to support the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System located at 11201 Benton St, Loma Linda, CA 92357. Multiple shift schedules are available. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

**This is currently a PRN position with days and night shifts available**

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care
  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components
  • Considers all characteristics of the individual, including age and life stage, state of health, race and culture, values, and previous experiences
  • Administers medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines
  • Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Poised and articulated in communicating with people of varied educational levels and varied ethnic backgrounds
  • Works cooperatively as a member of a team in all assignments
  • Participates in unit/program level quality improvement processes and initiatives as well as customer service programs

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse academic program (BSN or ADN)
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One (1) year of Direct Patient care Medical-Surgical RN work experience within the last three (3) years is required
  • No sponsorship available

Pay Range: $52 - $65 hourly

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
